Last Morning in Paris | May 14th, 2011
I had a moment today that brought me back to my last night in Paris. We spent the evening walking around Saint-Germain and ended up at this quaint bistro for dinner. We dined on fois gras, soupe à l’oignon gratinée, warm goat cheese salads, and red wine. After dinner, we walked around again, had gelato at Amorino and picked up some Kouign Amann from Georges Larnicol. Amazing company, amazing conversations, incredible food…it was magical.

8. Paris and the French Language
The city, the country and the language. I don’t know where to begin with this one. The country on a whole is one of the most passionate that I’ve visited. They speak and express themselves with such passion. And Paris, oh Paris. You can feel the passion and romance in the air. All of these factors paired with the food, the wine and the history and “La Ville-Lumière” is one of the sexiest cities around.
